These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Prompt Coder, an AI-powered code generation platform operated by FU YUHAN (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Prompt Coder is a web-based service that analyzes UI screenshots and images to generate detailed code prompts and descriptions for various programming frameworks including Next.js, React, Vue.js, Angular, and others.

By accessing or using Prompt Coder, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our service.

These Terms apply to all users of the service, including both registered and unregistered users.

Prompt Coder provides the following services:

• AI-powered analysis of UI screenshots and design images
• Generation of detailed code prompts and descriptions
• Support for multiple programming frameworks and languages
• Credit-based usage system for premium features
• Framework-specific cursor rules and development guidelines
• Code generation templates and best practices

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our AI systems
• Use the service to generate code for malicious purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Upload images you do not have rights to use
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
• Share your account credentials with third parties

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 1 free credit upon registration
• Each image analysis consumes 1 credit
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Credit purchases are final and cannot be cancelled
• Unused credits do not expire but may be subject to account inactivity policies
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

• Uploaded images are processed for analysis and then securely deleted
• Generated code prompts are stored in your account history
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties
• Account information is encrypted and stored securely
• You can request deletion of your data at any time

Regarding intellectual property:

• You retain ownership of images you upload
• Generated code prompts are provided under a permissive license for your use
• Our AI models, algorithms, and platform technology remain our proprietary property
• You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded content for service provision
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload and analyze any images

Our service is provided “as is” and we make no warranties regarding:

• The accuracy or reliability of AI-generated code prompts
• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
• The functionality of generated code in production environments
• Compatibility with all development environments or frameworks

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings
• Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately
• Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not responsible for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service.

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
